Caspeco aims for further expansion with new CEO.

After ten years as CEO of Caspeco, Krister Fingal will hand over the role to Mats Ferm, who will take over on September 1, 2023.

-"Caspeco is a very fine company and it will be fun to enter a phase where the focus is on further expansion and growth. My background from growing SaaS companies and my interest in product development and internationalization makes this feel completely optimal" says Mats.

Since the start in 2006, Caspeco has had good growth and profitability. The complete platform for restaurants and the experience industry is appreciated by more than 2000 customers for its unique total solution, user-friendliness and support. This is reflected, if nothing else, in customer surveys and its market-leading position. The company currently has a turnover of more than SEK 100 million and 150 employees.

Last spring, software investor Monterro stepped in as a partner to help Caspeco accelerate product development and expand the company to more Nordic countries.

Krister Fingal will continue his involvement in Caspeco through board work.
